Introduction
DUTIES : Capture data in order to ensure that material requirements are satisfied on time. Ensure placed demands by the user units are satisfied accordingly. Confirm/amend/cancel and update Provisioning Advise (PA) on the mainframe. Route the PA on item file to relevant section for further processing. Effective control of STOREQ / STODEF Signal register. Verification of status account on depot stockholding for due in/out against govt orders, in repair and stockholding at the user units will be required on daily basis. Requirements
A minimum of NQF Level 4 (Grade 12). Special Requirements (Skills Needed): Manage item of supply and stores provision on daily activities to enhance Material Requirement Plan. Ability to use Operational Support Information System (OSIS) will be an advantage. Interpersonal skill, good organisation and sense of responsibility are required. Proficiency in MS Office and excel package will ensure requirements for replenishment (item of supply when required) are satisfied
