Zestah MURDERER caught

A BREAKTHROUGH has been made in the mystery death of Zestah September.
Yesterday, the Gauteng MEC for community safety, Sizakele Nkosi–Malobane, arrested a suspect linked with her murder on New Year’s Eve.
The suspect had apparently confessed to killing her.
“I commend the police officers who worked around the clock to make a breakthrough in this case,” the MEC said.
Zestah went missing in December.
Her burned and mutilated body was found by a jogger near a military camp in Lenasia, south of Joburg.
She is said to have left with friends on 30 December. However, her family did not buy the story. They were convinced her boyfriend knew more than he was telling.
On Tuesday the family accompanied a team of investigators to a house in Protea Glen, Soweto to fetch her belongings.
Police spokesman, Captain Mpande Khoza said the police had forensic experts on the scene.
He said: “We looked for evidence as it is possible the murder was committed in the house.
“All the evidence collected will be sent to the lab to try and match it to the victim’s DNA.”
Zestah’s sister, Thuli Molotsi, said they were sad at the way she died.
The suspect is under police guard at Leratong Hospital in Mogale City, after he allegedly tried to commit suicide
