Bonang insults Pearl Thusi

In round number we-have-lost-count in the Bonang Matheba Vs. Pearl Thusi catfight, Queen B finally responds to Miss Thusi throwing shade at her on countless occasions and boy was it worth the wait.
A little recap.
Once upon a time DJ Zinhle dropped a huge bombshell by writing a blogpot detailing how Bonang was the reason behind her breakup with baby daddy AKA.
Subsequently, Zinhle’s BFF, the vivacious Pearl Thusi with her signature afro, dragged Bonang on Twitter. Bonang remained mum.
Then, there was a little incident late last year concerning Pearl recycling a Destiny Moon Prints maxi dress – similar print to be exact – that Bonang had popularly worn earlier in the year. Thusi captioned a snapshot of her in the dress on Instagram “#immahelpmyselftosomeonesmandress”, and causing a viral frenzy in the process.
But perhaps the last straw that prompted Bonang to respond to Pearl, was when in December last year Pearl went on a radio interview and finally revealed why she is not a fan of Bonang.
Back to recent events.
On Monday, Bonang for the first time took to Twitter to break her silence on the ongoing catfight.
A fan posed an observation to Bonang, noting:
“Hi @bonang_m I notice you are always silent on the shade @pearlthusi constantly throws at you.”
In reply, Bonang finally clapped back at Pearl:
“@EllaStemela @pearlthusi thats like an old pair of leather shoes that I don’t even know when or where I bought. SOO tired. Time 4 new ones [sic]”
It appears that Pearl was just as shocked as the rest of us that Bonang, with her squeaky clean social media track record, at last got her hands dirty. She tweeted:
“Beyonce shaded me? When???
