GOGO haunted by dead daughter who wants her to find her killers.

GOGO Linah Masuku (83) of Soshanguve in Tshwane can no longer sleep peacefully.
She is haunted by her dead daughter who wants her to find her killers.
Her beloved Velly (46) was mysteriously burned and died!
Velly left home to help an unknown friend prepare for a stokvel almost a year ago.
She didn’t tell her family who the friend was. She just said she was going to block S in Soshanguve.
But she never made it back home alive.
All her mum remembers is getting a call telling her that her daughter had been badly burnt and was being rushed to Dr George Mukhari Hospital in Ga-Rankuwa.
“When I arrived at the hospital, Velly was just dumped in casualty and no one seemed to know who brought her in. She couldn’t even speak,” the gogo said.
Velly later died of first degree burns. Since then, no one has come forward with information about what happened to her.
Gogo Linah said that someone called her cellphone and said Velly was involved in a gas stove accident.
“We don’t know who called us and today the number is not working. We tried all her friends to get information about where she was burned, but nothing helped,” she said.
She said Velly’s eight children are always asking about their mum’s whereabouts and she doesn’t know what to say.
“Even when we buried her, it was still hard.
“All I need is Daily Sun readers and police to help me find out what happened to my daughter,” she said.
She also explained that since the police visited them three months ago they have never heard from them again.
Rietgat police spokesman Warrant Officer Lolo Mangena said the family must come to the cop shop so they could go to the arson unit to find out what happened to the case.
“We also urge residents with unattended cases to come forward so that follow-ups can be made on their cases,” he said
